Brittany Murphy lost her virginity at 21. The Hollywood beauty has also credited her mother for encouraging her to have sex for the first time. Brittany said she was a very shy teenager and didn't meet boys until her mom forced her to leave the family home and find a social life.
She told Britain's Reveal magazine: "I started going out with boys at 19, and lost my virginity at 21.
"The only reason I went on a date was because my mother insisted. She told me, 'Please go out at night, you need to improve the way you relate to people.'"
The sexy actress, who once dated Ashton Kutcher and Eminem, remains close to her family and still lives with her mom, despite her fame and fortune.
She added: "What's wrong with living with your mom? We're a very close family."
